Building Target Assemblies in shop; Manufactures all Cord Assemblies for 688 Class, All Handrails; Foundations for 688 class. He is responsible for giving and maintaining dates, quantity and quality. Communicates with North Yard Foreman; Graving Dock Foreman on Targets; Key Events.
Performance Assessment – Job Results
Throughout the past twelve (12) months, Alfred has had a very good relationship with his people. His performance and relationship to the job is excellent. His follow up of material, paperwork and being budget conscious has greatly improved. His awareness and conciseness has had a definite effect on his people. My 506 is a lot easier when Foreman like Alfred has capacities and exercises them to the fullness.
