Welcome to Pelletier’s Home Inspection
This is my office, where all collected data from inspections, is labeled, and studied. All material is very closely inspected, sorted and then added to the inspection report. Comments are noted and added to the report at this time. This all takes place after an on site inspection of 31/2 hours plus, gathering all information, photos and taking notes, now the work begins, another 8-9 hours-plus of paperwork follows the inspection process. Research all data, process digital photos, writing out report, filing report, sending report. All is accomplished at this time.
You see it is not 1-2-3; I take my profession very serious and have my client’s best interest at heart. I work for you. When you sign a contract, my job is to make sure you understand what you are purchasing. My inspections consist of, inspecting for any defects or if something needs attention, and to point out problems that may arise in the near future. Repair cost can be a burden on a new homeowner. Home Inspections are probably the most important step to buying and selling your home.
This is a quote from a client of mine:
“A good Home Inspector is worth his weight in Gold!”
